1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BlackLedger (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BlackLedger provides autonomous forensic intelligence tooling for Indian equity research. The platform uses AI agents to analyse public filings, detect anomalies, and generate research memos. It is a research tool — not a registered investment adviser.
3. Not Investment Advice
All content, memos, scores, and signals produced by BlackLedger are for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation under SEBI regulations. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decisions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@blackledger.in.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data at scale
- Attempt to reverse-engineer AI models or agent outputs
- Engage in market manipulation using platform outputs
- Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation
7. Limitation of Liability
BlackLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including investment losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
